I’ve been reading a YA science-fiction novel called Fair Coin by E.C. Meyers. It’s sort of a mash-up between The Twilight Zone, elements of Fringe, and the tale of the Monkey Paw. It’s also a lot of fun. Don’t let the fact that its core audience is young adults. It actually stands as a pretty solid sci-fi tale for anyone, really. I’m not finished it yet (but very close!), but it’s a fast read and you should check it out, too!

I made some fan art for it while experimenting with the Stumpy Pencil Photoshop brush for the first time.

I’m off to TCAF early tomorrow. It’s going to be EPIC.
